APPLICATION
Oil
Purification
Zeolite
Station
MCU-4,3
is
designed
to
remove
solids
and
water
from
insulating
oils,
whose
viscosity
at
temperature
50C
does
not
exceed
70
cSt.
and to lower acidity.
Station
is used for mounting, repairing and operating
high-voltage equipment with voltage up to 1150
kV(power transformers, high-voltage switches etc.)
The
machine complies with number 4 category
placement and climatic design UHL as per GOST
15150-69.

DESIGN AND PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
Station
(see
figure
1)
consists of two self-contained
units:
heating and filtration block
«BNF»
and
sorbent cartridges block CP-260
which are joined
by flexible hoses.
Heating and filtration block

consists of:

unit NS-50
-primary
purification cartridge filter FP1
-fine
purification cartridge filter FP2
-complete
control unit KUU;
-piping
system.
